Sharing traces with remote team members

1. Accessing the Analyzer Pane 0:15

• Open your IDE.
• Navigate to the analyzer pane by going to command pallete and clicking on NCProf Analyzer: Focus on Analyzer View
• If you want to use sharing features, you have to be signed in to an nCompass account

2. Loading a Trace File 0:55

• Click on the 'Open Trace' button at the bottom of the analyzer pane
• Select the trace file you wish to share

3. Saving a Trace File to the Cloud 1:10

• After loading the trace file, click on the 'Save' button.
• Choose 'Save Cloud' as the option.
• Enter a name for the file and confirm the save.

4. Loading a Trace File from the Cloud

• You can click on Load (cloud) in the Analyzer Pane
• It will show you a list of files you have saved - click on any of them to download them

4. Sharing a Trace File 1:26

• Click on the 'Share' button in the admin analyzer pane.
• Select the trace file you want to share.
• A URL will be copied to your clipboard.

5. Loading a Shared Trace File 1:45

• Send the copied URL to a team member
• They should select 'Load URL' and paste the URL.
• They will be prompted to select a folder to save the file.
• The file will also automatically load up
